Primary, secondary and vocational teachers are invited to apply for a one-week Job Shadowing programme being offered from 19-24 March 2018 in the elegant regency town of Cheltenham in the south-west of England.
The programme, led by eminent teacher trainer, Dr. Diana Hicks, offers a unique opportunity to gain observational guidelines to make the most of teaching observations in UK classrooms. Discussion with teaching professionals and a structured, evidenced-based reflective approach to self-evaluation will enable participants to gain deeper educational insights and enhance their career professional development.
